Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalogue, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments.
If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction
to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Switch or
Solo. You may send your credit card information
via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If you prefer you may
Download and complete our order form (pdf
format) and post it to us with your
Cheque or payment details. Please make cheques
payable to Davlock Crafts Distribution Ltd.
If you prefer to place an order over the
telephone please ensure that you have the
correct order numbers for the items you
require.
Our retail store is open 6 days a week
from 10.am to 4pm.
Shipping & Handling
All UK mainland orders are sent by Royal
Mail 1st Class Post.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business
day of their receipt. Orders containing
Frame Rims or FrameBoxes will be dispatched
within 3 business days.
On average deliveries take between 2 –
5 days after dispatch. International Orders
are generally received in less than 30 days.
Tax Charges
For orders from the UK or the European Union
17.5% VAT is included where the item is
subject to VAT. All other orders are VAT
free and you should click the exempt button
to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
For on-line purchases credit card numbers
are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128-bit encryption. A division
of the HSBC BANK processes the card transactions
on-line on a secure server. The card numbers
are not disclosed to us.
Returns
The refund terms and conditions
do not affect your statutory rights.
At Davlock Crafts Distribution Ltd we want
you to be delighted every time you shop
with us. Occasionally though, we know you
may want to return items.
If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase you can return it to us in
its original condition within 10 days of
the date you received them (with any seals
and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue
a full refund for the price you paid for
them.
Please Note: We can only accept opened
items if they are faulty. Postage will only
be refunded on goods which are faulty.
Cancellations
You must contact us as soon as possible
if you wish to cancel your order. Once the
delivery process has begun we will be unable
to cancel it.
Colours
All colours displayed on our website are
approximate.
Privacy Policy
Davlock Crafts Distribution Ltd do not disclose
buyers information to 3rd parties.
Cookies are used on our website to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart
once you have selected an item, to store
delivery addresses if the address book is
used and to store your details if you select
the ‘remember me’ option.

All disputes arising from transactions,
purchases and contracts with Davlock Crafts
Distribution shall be determined and governed
by English Law.
All goods and products remain the sole
property of Davlock Crafts Distribution
Ltd until paid for in full.
While every effort will be made to affect
deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Davlock
has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.
